Affiliate Program Terms

The program is open to individuals and businesses in the countries listed on the signup form. You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding agreement, give accurate registration details, and confirm your email address before your account is activated.

You do not need to run an ISP. An affiliate account is separate from an ISP account on Jasiyo, and holding one does not give you access to any ISP's data.

One person or business may hold one affiliate account.

On activation you receive a unique referral code and link. You are responsible for everything done through your account, for keeping your password secure, and for making sure your payout details are correct and current. We pay to the details on your account at the time of payment.

You earn a one-time reward for each ISP that signs up through your link and pays its first Jasiyo platform invoice. Signing up alone, starting a trial, or installing Jasiyo does not earn a reward.

The reward is a fixed amount set by the country on your affiliate account, and is shown to you before you register and in your dashboard. It is not a percentage, and it is not recurring — you are not paid again when that ISP pays later invoices.

The amount is fixed at the moment you earn it. If we change the reward afterwards, rewards you have already earned do not change.

Only one reward is paid per referred ISP. If an ISP could be attributed to more than one referrer, we credit the most recent valid referral; where an ISP was referred by another ISP under our separate referral-credit programme, that programme takes precedence and no affiliate reward is earned.

Earned rewards are paid to the mobile money or bank details on your account, in the currency of your affiliate country. We do not convert between currencies.

Rewards are held for a short period after they are earned so that reversed payments and fraudulent signups can be identified, and are paid in batches rather than individually. We may set a minimum balance before a payment is made. Current holding periods and minimums are available on request.

You are responsible for any taxes due on rewards you receive.

Promote Jasiyo honestly and lawfully. You may not:

• send unsolicited messages, or advertise in a misleading way;
• refer yourself, or sign up as an ISP using your own details to claim a reward;
• create fake accounts, or otherwise manipulate tracking;
• bid on Jasiyo's name in paid search, or present yourself as Jasiyo;
• misstate what Jasiyo does, what it costs, or your relationship with us; or
• promise anything on Jasiyo's behalf that is not published by us — including discounts, features or delivery dates.

Either of us may leave the program at any time. We may suspend or close your account, withhold or reverse rewards, and disable your link if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms or acted fraudulently. Rewards already earned on genuine referrals remain payable.

We may change the program or these terms, including the reward amount and which countries can take part. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and continuing to take part means you accept them. Rewards you have already earned are not affected.

We share only what you need to see your own referrals: whether a referred ISP signed up and whether it has paid. We do not give you their contact details, their customers, or their revenue. Handle any personal information you collect while referring people in line with applicable data-protection law.

The program is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Jasiyo is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability arising from the program is limited to the rewards payable to you in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.
