    Invite & Manage Staff

    Add team members to your Jasiyo account, assign roles, control access levels, and manage your team.

    Inviting a staff member

    Go to Staff Management

    In your ISP dashboard, go to Settings โ†’ Staff or click Team in the sidebar.

    Click Invite Staff

    Click Invite Staff Member and enter their email address.

    Select a role

    Choose the role that matches their job function โ€” Admin for full access, Support for customer management only, or a custom role you've configured.

    Send invitation

    Click Send Invite. The staff member receives an email with a link to create their account. Once they sign up, they'll have access to your ISP dashboard with the permissions defined by their role.

    Invited staff members are scoped to your ISP account only. They cannot see other ISPs' data. Their access is determined entirely by the role you assign.

    Assigning roles

    Jasiyo has two default roles:

    Admin

    Full access to all features โ€” customers, payments, routers, plans, settings, and staff management. Assign to trusted team members or business partners.

    Support

    Can view and manage customers (add, edit, reactivate, suspend) and view transactions. Cannot access payments configuration, router setup, or staff management.

    Managing existing staff

    From the Staff page you can:

    • โ†’ View all staff members and their current roles
    • โ†’ Change a staff member's role at any time โ€” takes effect immediately
    • โ†’ Resend an invitation if the email wasn't received
    • โ†’ See when each staff member last logged in

    Removing staff

    To remove a staff member, open their row on the Staff page and click Remove. Their account is deactivated immediately โ€” they will be logged out and unable to sign in again. Their historical actions (customer changes, notes) are preserved in the audit log.

    Removing staff is immediate and cannot be undone from the dashboard. If you need to restore access, you'll need to send a new invitation.
