    Email Notifications (Resend)

    Jasiyo uses Resend for transactional emails — staff invitations, onboarding sequences, and system alerts.

    Jasiyo uses Resend as its transactional email provider. Emails are sent from Jasiyo's platform on your behalf for key system events. No configuration is required from you — Resend is pre-configured at the platform level.

    Customer payment receipts and renewal reminders are sent via SMS (Bonga SMS), not email. Email is primarily used for staff and platform-level communications.

    CRM email sequences

    Jasiyo includes automated CRM email sequences for new ISP signups — a series of onboarding emails that guide new users through setting up their first router, adding customers, and connecting M-Pesa. These are sent by Jasiyo's platform over the first week after signup.

    The sequences are managed by the Jasiyo platform team via pg_cron jobs and Resend. ISPs cannot currently customise these sequences — contact support if you need them adjusted.
