    STEP 1· 5 min

    Add your router

    Connect your MikroTik — no public IP or port forwarding needed.

    • Reset the MikroTik with No Default Configuration and plug internet into ether1.
    • Click Add Router, name it, and follow the 4-step wizard.
    • Paste the one-line detect command into WinBox — Jasiyo reads your router's setup automatically.
    • Assign WAN / Hotspot / PPPoE ports, then paste the final command to provision it.
    Reset to “No Default Configuration” first — a router with leftover config can fail detection.

    Enable remote access

    Open your router's admin panel from any browser — no software to install.

    • Open the router's page → Remote Access tab.
    • Click Enable Remote Winbox Access and paste the one-line script shown (needs local access once).
    • Wait about 30 seconds for the card to show Live.
    • Click Open WebFig — you're straight into the router's admin panel, right in your browser.
    Requires RouterOS 7+. Skip this step for now if you're still on ROS6 — you can enable it later.

    Create your internet plans

    Set the pricing and speeds your customers will subscribe to.

    • Go to Plans → Add Plan.
    • Pick PPPoE or Hotspot, then set price, duration, and upload/download speed.
    • Already have PPP profiles on the router? Use Import from MikroTik to price them in bulk.
    • Toggle a plan Live, Hidden or Off anytime — changes reach your router automatically.

    Add your PPPoE customers

    Hotspot customers self-register on your portal — this step is just for PPPoE.

    • Go to Customers → Add PPPoE Customer.
    • Enter their name, phone number, a username/password, then assign a router and plan.
    • Jasiyo auto-generates their M-Pesa pay code and payment link — nothing to configure.
    • Their PPPoE login appears on the router in about 30 seconds if it's online.
    Migrating an existing customer list? Import them all at once via CSV instead of one by one.

    Brand your captive portal

    The page Hotspot customers see and pay from — make it yours.

    • Go to Hotspot Portal in the sidebar.
    • Upload your logo, set your brand color and business name.
    • Pick a template — Bold, Modern, Nova, Fresh or Classic — and preview it live.
    • Click Save, then Push to Routers — customers see the change within 10 seconds.

    Connect a payment gateway

    Pick the option that matches what you already have.

    M-Pesa Daraja

    Pick this if: You already have a Safaricom Paybill or Till

    Full API automation, instant settlement — the most common choice.

    Paybill / Till — No API keys

    Pick this if: You have a Paybill or Till but no Daraja app

    STK Push straight to it, zero API setup.

    Bank Transfer

    Pick this if: You want money settled straight to your bank

    STK Push to a bank paybill, no forwarding step.

    PayHero

    Pick this if: You want M-Pesa STK settled to your bank account

    Managed by PayHero — requires a short KYC onboarding.

    Paystack

    Pick this if: You don't have a Paybill yet

    Start collecting mobile money & card payments today, settles T+1.

    IoTec

    Pick this if: You operate in Uganda

    Accepts MTN MoMo and Airtel Money.
