Move your ISP billing system without rebuilding your network
Already running PPPoE or hotspot customers on another billing system? Bring them over with their usernames and passwords, keep your MikroTik exactly as it is, and try the whole thing free for 7 days before you commit.
The switch people actually dread
Re-typing every subscriber, reconfiguring a router that already works, and a night of downtime explaining itself to customers. None of that is how this goes.
Your router keeps its configuration
Onboarding a live router installs the billing agent. Your bridges, wireless, addressing and WAN stay as they are.
PPPoE customers keep their logins
Username and password stay exactly the same — the password sits in the customer's own router at home. Jasiyo reads both off your MikroTik.
Hotspot customers have nothing to move
They have no username or password. Jasiyo knows a hotspot customer by the phone number they pay from, so they appear on their first purchase.
Or straight from a spreadsheet
Not on MikroTik? Import from CSV. The template matches your headers by name, so column order does not matter.
Four steps, one site at a time
Move a single router first. Confirm it behaves. Then bring the rest across.
Add your router
Create your account and connect the MikroTik you already run. Jasiyo detects the PPPoE and hotspot servers on it and installs the agent only, leaving your existing setup alone.
Bring your plans over
Import your existing MikroTik profiles as Jasiyo plans, or create plans with your own names, speeds and prices.
Add your PPPoE customers
Add each one with the username and password they already use, and put them on a plan. More than 30? Send us the list and we move them for you. Hotspot customers need nothing — they arrive on their first payment.
Connect how you get paid
M-Pesa Paybill, Till or bank, PayHero, Paystack, or ioTec for MTN and Airtel money in Uganda. From then on, payments reconcile and renew on their own.

What comes across, and what doesn't
Worth knowing before you start, rather than halfway through.
Comes across
- PPPoE customers, with their exact usernames and passwords
- Static IP customers, via CSV
- Your plans, imported from your MikroTik profiles
- Customer phone numbers, M-Pesa account numbers and expiry dates
- Your router, exactly as it is configured today
Stays behind
- Hotspot usernames and passwords — hotspot customers do not have any
- Old invoices and payment history — those stay in your current system; Jasiyo starts its records from your first payment on Jasiyo
- Your old system's reports and dashboards
- Anything you do not import — you choose what comes across and what gets left behind
