    Router Monitoring & Status

Monitor your MikroTik routers in real-time with Jasiyo — CPU load, uptime, online/offline status, last seen timestamps, and router stats.

    Online/offline status

Each router in Jasiyo displays one of three statuses based on its last check-in time:

    Online

Router checked in within the last 2 minutes. Commands will be delivered on the next check-in (within 30 seconds).

    Offline

Router has not checked in for more than 2 minutes. Commands are queued and will execute when it reconnects.

    Unknown

Router was just added and has not checked in yet. Install the agent script to bring it online.

    Router stats

Click on any router in your dashboard to see detailed stats including:

    • CPU load percentage
    • Free memory
    • Uptime since last reboot
    • RouterOS version
    • Model and hardware info
    • Last seen timestamp
    • Total active customers on this router

Stats are collected by the phone-home agent on every check-in and stored in Jasiyo. Go to Router Stats in the sidebar for a full historical view with charts.

    Offline alerts

Jasiyo can send you an SMS or email alert when a router goes offline. Configure this under Alerts in your dashboard. You can set a grace period (e.g. only alert if offline for more than 5 minutes) to avoid false alarms from brief connectivity blips.

Alerts use your configured SMS provider (Bonga SMS) or email (Resend). Make sure at least one is set up under Settings → Notifications.

    Customer offline detection

Jasiyo runs an automatic job every 5 minutes that checks each router's last_seen timestamp. If a router has been offline for more than 2 minutes, all customers associated with that router are marked as offline in the dashboard.

This is purely a display status — customers are not suspended or billed differently when their router is offline. They resume normal status automatically when the router reconnects.
