Router Monitoring & Status
Monitor your MikroTik routers — online status, CPU load, uptime, and SMS alerts when one goes offline.
Online/offline status
Each router shows one of three statuses:
Reporting in normally. Anything you change reaches it within about half a minute.
Has gone quiet for a few minutes. Changes you make are held and applied as soon as it comes back.
Newly added and has never reported in. Run the setup script on it to bring it online.
Router stats
Click on any router in your dashboard to see detailed stats including:
- → CPU load percentage
- → Free memory
- → Uptime since last reboot
- → RouterOS version
- → Model and hardware info
- → When it was last seen
- → Total active customers on this router
Your router reports these to Jasiyo as it runs. Open a router from Routers in the sidebar to see its history and charts.
Offline alerts
Jasiyo can text you when a router goes offline, and again when it comes back. Turn this on under Settings → Alerts and add the phone numbers that should receive them — you can list more than one, so a technician gets the alert alongside you.
The same page lists recent alerts and flags any that could not be delivered. Check it if you suspect you are missing alerts: a switched-on toggle does not by itself prove the messages are arriving, and an empty SMS balance or a misconfigured gateway will fail them silently.
Customer offline detection
When a router stops reporting in, Jasiyo marks every customer on it as offline in your dashboard. This happens automatically, within a few minutes of the router going quiet.
This is purely a display status — customers are not suspended or billed differently when their router is offline. They resume normal status automatically when the router reconnects.
