    Static IP Plans

Create static IP plans for business customers requiring a permanent, fixed IP address.

    Creating a static IP plan

Go to Plans → Add Plan and select Static IP. Static IP plans work like PPPoE plans — they define the bandwidth profile and price — but customers on these plans get a fixed IP address instead of a dynamic one from the pool.

Typically you'd create a small number of static IP plans (e.g. "Business 10Mbps Static", "Business 20Mbps Static") and assign them to business clients.

Assigning a static IP to a customer

The static IP itself is set on the customer's profile, not on the plan. When you add a static IP customer, there is a Static IP field where you enter the specific IP address (e.g. 192.168.88.5).

The IP you assign must be outside your dynamic PPPoE pool range to avoid conflicts. Reserve a small block (e.g. .2–.9) specifically for static IP assignments.

Jasiyo sets this IP as the remote-address on the MikroTik PPPoE secret, ensuring the customer always gets the same address when they connect.

    Billing

Static IP customers are billed the same way as PPPoE customers — monthly, via M-Pesa using their unique account number. Jasiyo's platform fee includes static IP customers in the active customer count for billing purposes.
