SMS Guide

    SMS Gateways for Your ISP

Keep your customers informed with automatic SMS. Connect the provider you already use, or send with Jasiyo SMS.

    Why SMS

    Why your ISP needs SMS

Every customer has a phone. SMS reaches them at the moments that matter.

    Payment confirmations

Customers know straight away that their payment went through, so they don't call you to check.

    Renewal reminders

A reminder before a package runs out means more customers renew on time.

    Hotspot access codes

Customers get their code by SMS, so they can still log in if the page closes.

    Updates to your customers

Let customers know about maintenance, outages or new packages in one message.

    How it works

Set it up once. It runs itself.

    Use Jasiyo SMS

Don't have an SMS provider? Send with Jasiyo SMS instead. There's nothing to sign up for and you can start sending right away. You can switch to your own provider whenever you're ready.

Messages sent with Jasiyo SMS show Jasiyo as the sender, not your business name.

    Common questions

Do I need an SMS gateway to use Jasiyo?

No, SMS is optional. But customers who get payment confirmations and reminders pay on time and call you less, so most ISPs switch it on.

I don't have an SMS provider. What do I do?

Use Jasiyo SMS. There's nothing to sign up for, and you can start sending right away. Messages will show Jasiyo as the sender, not your business name.

My provider isn't listed. Can I still use it?

Talk to us and we'll look into adding it. You can use Jasiyo SMS in the meantime.

Can I change my SMS gateway later?

Yes, you can switch at any time from your settings.

Keep every customer in the loop.
