Active sessions
The active sessions panel shows customers currently connected to your hotspot in real-time — their plan, time remaining, and data used. This is pulled from your MikroTik router via the phone-home agent on each check-in.
Session data refreshes every 30 seconds in line with the phone-home agent check-in interval.
Top-selling plans
A breakdown of which hotspot plans are selling most this month — by volume (number of purchases) and by revenue. Use this to inform pricing decisions, e.g. if the 1-hour plan is the most popular, you might consider a bundle or upsell offer.
