Hotspot Dashboard

Monitor your hotspot Wi-Fi network — revenue, active sessions, per-router performance, and when your customers actually buy.

Key metrics

Reach this page through Overview, under Hotspot Management in the sidebar. Four cards sit across the top:

Hotspot Revenue This Month

Takings so far this month, how many payments made them up, and how that compares with last month.

Hotspot Revenue Today

Completed hotspot payments today.

Active Sessions

Customers connected right now, plus how many vouchers are currently active.

Hotspot Users

How many hotspot users have an account with you.

Hide amounts, at the top of the page, masks every money figure here. Useful when you are showing the dashboard to staff or a customer.

Hotspot Revenue chart

A line chart of hotspot takings over a time interval you choose, with the total for that window printed above it. Hover any point for the exact figure on that day.

Router Performance

Hotspot revenue broken down by router for the current month, each with a green or grey dot for whether it is online, its payment count, and its average per day. This is the fastest way to see which sites actually earn and which are quietly dead.

A row called Unattributed means Jasiyo took the money but could not work out which router the session belonged to. A little is normal. A large or growing share is worth raising with support, because it also means that revenue is missing from every per-router figure above it.

Busy Periods

A grid of purchases by day and hour, over this week or this month. Use it to time what you sell: if buying peaks in the early evening, that is when a longer-duration plan or a promotion will actually be seen.
