    Dashboard Overview & KPIs

Understand the Jasiyo ISP dashboard — KPI cards, revenue metrics, customer counts, router status, and the Needs Your Attention queue.

    KPI cards

The top row of your dashboard shows key performance indicators at a glance:

    Active Customers

Total customers with an active subscription right now. Excludes expired or suspended accounts.

    Monthly Revenue

Total M-Pesa payments received this calendar month.

    Routers Online

How many of your routers are currently connected and checking in.

    Expiring Soon

Customers whose subscriptions expire in the next 3 days — action needed.

KPI cards are clickable — tapping a card filters the relevant page (e.g. clicking Active filters the customers list to active status only).

    Needs Your Attention

The Needs Your Attention queue surfaces customers that require action. It shows:

    • Expired customers (not yet renewed)
    • Suspended customers
    • Customers expiring in 3 days or less
    • Customers with failed payment attempts

From this queue you can send STK Push, extend expiry, or reactivate customers directly without navigating to the full customers list.

    Router status panel

The router status panel shows all your routers with their current online/offline status, last seen time, and active customer count. Click any router to go to its detail page with CPU load, uptime, and command history.

A router showing as offline doesn't immediately affect customer connectivity — existing PPPoE sessions continue running. It means Jasiyo can't push new commands until the router reconnects.

    Revenue overview

Below the KPI cards, a revenue chart shows daily payment totals for the current month. Hover over any day to see the exact amount collected.

See the Revenue trends guide for deeper financial analytics including monthly comparisons and payment method breakdowns.
