Revenue & Transaction Trends
Analyse your ISP's revenue trends — monthly comparisons, payment method breakdowns, and peak collection days.
Monthly revenue
The revenue chart on the dashboard shows total daily collections for the current month. You can switch to a monthly view to compare revenue across the last 6 or 12 months — useful for tracking growth and seasonality.
Payment breakdown
The Transactions page shows a breakdown by payment provider — how much came through Daraja vs PayHero vs Paystack — and by customer type (PPPoE vs Hotspot vs Static). Use this to understand which payment channels your customers prefer.
Peak collection days
Most ISPs see payment spikes at the start of the month (when salaries arrive) and on specific days customers were originally onboarded. The daily chart makes these patterns visible. Plan your support capacity around peak days.
Export
From the Transactions page, click Export to download a CSV for any date range. The export includes all fields needed for reconciliation: transaction ID, M-Pesa receipt number, customer name, amount, date, and status. Share this with your accountant or use it for VAT filing.
