    General Settings

    Configure your ISP's business information, contact details, and system preferences in Jasiyo.

    Business information

    Go to Settings → General in your dashboard to update:

    • Business nameYour ISP's trading name — appears on the hotspot captive portal, SMS messages, and invoices
    • CountyYour operating county in Kenya — used for regional analytics
    • Business logoDisplayed on the captive portal and customer-facing pages
    • Business addressPhysical address for invoices and legal documents

    Contact details

    Your contact details are used in customer-facing communications and on the hotspot portal. Keep them up to date so customers can reach you.

    • Primary phone number (displayed on captive portal)
    • Support email address
    • WhatsApp number (if different from primary phone)

    System preferences

    • TimezoneSet to Africa/Nairobi by default. Change if you're operating in a different timezone.
    • CurrencyKSh (Kenyan Shilling) — currently fixed for all Kenyan ISPs.
    • Subscription grace periodNumber of days after expiry before suspension (default: 0 — suspend immediately on expiry).
